After logging into your account, go to your Membership Account page. In the “Account Details” section at the top, your membership plan is listed with a little ‘Cancel’ button.

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us improve the membership experience, and then your account will be canceled.

The price you pay for your membership will never be increased. You will continue to pay whatever price you join with as long as you maintain your membership.

Are you a member with a question about your own personal photo collection — such as one related to scanning, organizing or labeling your photographs — please ask it in the “General Discussion” forum in the membership Community.

How to Ask Your Question in the Community
  1. Make sure you are logged in to your membership account.
  2. Click on “Community” in the blue membership menu bar.
  3. Click on the Add topic button near the top of the page.
  4. Choose “General Discussion” from the forum selector.
  5. Fill in the fields to create your post.
  6. When you're finished, click the other Add topic button at the bottom and your message will be posted.

The Community is the best place to ask and receive an answer your general “photo-related” questions because other members with the same question will be able to find, read and learn from them as well. Additionally, other members will also be able to leave their own answers for you!
