We're sorry to hear you’re considering leaving us, but we understand that cancellations occasionally happen.

1. After logging in to your account, go to your Membership Account page.
2. Make sure the “Membership Plan” option is selected at the top of your account.
3. Select the “Subscriptions Plans” sub-section.
4. Click on your current membership plan listed under the “Subscription Plans” section to access all the details about your individual membership plan. 
5. Click on the “three vertical dots” menu icon at the top right (in the “Subscription Plan Details” section).
6. From the drop-down menu items, click on “Cancel Subscription.”

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us improve the membership experience, and then your account will be canceled.
